How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Dishcute Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Handle

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Dishcute Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we matched you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Dishcute Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@dishcute.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help.
